  3. It is not allowed to receive visitors in the apartments.<\/li>\n
  4. Please consider the rest and privacy of other guests.<\/li>\n
  5. Clean bed, bath and kitchen linens are available at arrival.<\/li>\n
  6. The apartment should be clean when leaving.<\/li>\n
  7. Staying in It B\u00fbterh\u00fbs, is at your own risk.<\/li>\n
  8. Damage to the apartment and decoration caused during the rental period, will be charged to the renter.<\/li>\n
  9. Using the Wi-Fi of It\u00a0B\u00fbterh\u00fbs, is at your own risk.<\/li>\n
  10. We recommend you to arrange a cancellation and\/or travel insurance.<\/li>\n
  11. When the apartment is available (denoted with a green box) a reservation can be placed by filling in and sending the application form. Your reservation will be definite when your payment has been received.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
